Monthly SEO Management

SEO is not a one-time process. Google constantly updates its algorithms, competitors publish new content, and older articles gradually lose rankings.

Ongoing monthly work allows you to build traffic systematically instead of putting out fires: track what works, adapt to changes, and move forward without chaos.

How it works

At the start, we assess what is currently happening with your website and where the biggest growth opportunities are. Then, each month, we complete the agreed scope of work, track performance, and adapt our approach.

No standard packages. We build a tailored list of services for each media organization — based on what is actually needed and what the editorial team can implement.

What can be included in the support package

We choose together at the start — based on your editorial team’s priorities and capabilities..

Content and Search Visibility

  • Content briefs for new materials — topics with search demand, structure, and keywords
  • Optimization of previously published articles — improving content that is already ranking on the second or third page of Google
  • Optimization of sections and meta tags — to help search engines better understand the website
  • Recommendations for author page setup — important for E-E-A-T and Google’s trust

Website Technical Health

  • Regular technical checkups — we identify issues before they become problems
  • Tag system optimization — removing duplicates, broken pages, and structural clutter
  • Tag system optimization — removing duplicates, broken pages, and structural clutter
  • Backlink profile analysis and disavow file preparation — protection from toxic domains

Analytics and Communication

  • Monthly report with traffic trends, insights, and priorities for the following month
  • Active team chat — answering questions, explaining algorithm changes, and responding to updates.

Who it’s for

  • Media organizations with editorial teams of up to 10 people and no dedicated SEO specialist
  • Publications that already have a website and traffic but want steady growth
  • Editorial teams that have completed training and want someone to oversee implementation
  • NGOs and media projects with limited budgets where results matter
How is ongoing support different from an audit?

An audit is a one-time assessment: we identify problems and provide a list of things that need to be fixed. Monthly support is ongoing work: we track performance, respond to algorithm changes, oversee implementation, prepare new content briefs, and report on results every month. An audit shows where you are now; ongoing support helps move you toward growth.

Partially — yes. We handle most of the tasks an SEO specialist typically manages within an editorial team: technical checkups, content briefs, analytics, internal linking, tag and metadata management, and ranking monitoring. However, we are not physically present in the newsroom every day, so for urgent internal tasks and daily CMS work, we are more of a partner than a replacement for an in-house specialist.

Yes — and this is one of the key principles of our work. We communicate with the editorial team, explain what needs to be done and why, and answer questions in the chat. Our goal is for the team to understand the logic behind the changes and gradually become able to handle some of the tasks independently.

No — unless agreed separately. We prepare the technical briefs, while your developer or editorial team implements them. If you don’t have a developer or they are busy, technical fixes can be implemented as a separate service for standard platforms such as WordPress. Content writing is not included in the monthly support service.

Through a monthly report covering organic traffic, rankings, clicks, and impressions in Google Search Console. We look at trends across different channels — Search, News, and Discover — and analyze what influenced the changes. If there is a decline, we investigate the cause and adjust the plan.

Three months. SEO does not produce results within a week: indexing, ranking changes, and traffic growth are processes that take time. Three months is the minimum period needed to see meaningful performance trends and understand what is working.

Yes. We monitor how AI systems — including Google AI Overviews — represent media organizations and their topics in answers, and provide recommendations on how to increase the chances of being featured in these responses. This is a relatively new area, but it is already affecting how much search traffic websites receive.

Google Search Console — required, with full user permissions. Google Analytics 4 — recommended. Access to the CMS or website admin panel is not required for basic support, but may be needed if we implement technical fixes ourselves.
